I then heard a Scouse girl saying to her boyfriend "He's a QPR fan. I thought there was summat funny about him." In those days there was always a friendly rivalry between Rangers and Liverpool fans, but they could never have guessed we'd come so close to beating them to the title. 14 minutes at Molyneux.
