Nov 14, 2008 - in the state of florida, there is a countdown for high school soccer, but they stop the clock with 2:00 remaining to let the ref judge how much stoppage time to give. and refs usually let the attack finish out before they end the game, or until the other team takes full control of the ball. my opinion...goal should count.
