Feb 19, 2008 - See you after the Chelsea match, most fans want to watch league matches won, Barnsley have to worst away record in the Championship and nearly the worst goals conceded. We need a manager that can get a defence to work, strikers to score and midfielders to have some vision, this has been missing since we lost Hignett and Ward. The problem with BFC in the league is they only play 60mins in a match then they go to sleep. So that is what planet im on, where are you from la la land?

Mar 25, 2008 - That is so true. The reason we played so well against Chelsea is because we played with passion intensity. They knew they had to give it their all it paid off. They just need to keep the same level of commitment in the league and we would be a dominant force. Its not that we aren't good enough its just they dont always believe in themselves hopefully the FA cup success will make them realise that they are better than they think. Ward was class but don't forget Redfearn dare I say Wilson?

Mar 25, 2008 - I know what you mean mate. Davey must be doing something right for us to be going to Wembley. He made a lot of new signings and as the world as seen, we are now playing as a unit. We played world class against Chelsea, simple as. It almost brings a tear to my eye to be reminded of our 97/98 squad, but hopefully in 10 years from now I can look back and remember the boys of 2008 with a sense of respect and appreciation us Tykes fans will always have for the likes of Morgan and Ward.
